Who we are

Eric Goldstein Photography is a wedding, bar and bat mitzvah, event, and portrait photography studio based in Boca Raton, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@ericgoldsteinphotography.com or (561) 221-1377.

What we collect

Inquiry and contact forms. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, the type of event, the event date, the venue, and your message. Our forms are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers the submission to our studio inbox. Event check-in and guide requests. If you sign up at one of our events, request a pricing guide, or ask to be contacted, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, along with the consent you give on that form. Client and booking details. When you book us, we collect what we need to photograph your event and deliver your images: contact details, event timeline, family and vendor names, venue information, and payment records. Website usage. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited in order to serve the site securely. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry, check availability, send you pricing and planning information, prepare for and photograph your event, deliver your gallery, and invoice you.

If you ask us about our services, we may follow up by email, phone, or text message. You can stop those messages at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or just tell us. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not given us their number and agreed to hear from us.

We keep client records in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and send text messages through a business messaging service. Those providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Photographs

The photographs we create are our work product and are covered by the terms of your contract. We may share selected images from events we have photographed in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing unless your contract says otherwise or you ask us not to. Guests who appear in event photographs can ask us to take down a specific image by emailing us.

Client galleries are delivered through a separate gallery service. Gallery links are private and should only be shared with people you want to see your images.

Third-party services on this site

This site embeds a few outside services that may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies: Behold (Instagram feed), Feedspace (client reviews), and WeddingWire (partner badge). Links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, with vendors you ask us to coordinate with for your event, and when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep inquiry records for as long as they are useful for following up, and client records for as long as needed to support your gallery and our tax and business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@ericgoldsteinphotography.com. We will honor the request unless we need to keep a record for legal or contractual reasons.

Children

This website is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Photographs of children at events are taken under the authority of the booking client.
